• Customer service will only select the Eastern Distribution Center if stock is available at that distribution center, or if the product in question is expected to arrive in Ontario earlier than BC.
• CS will receive a prompt when placing orders to “check inventory in Vancouver” in the event of a backorder in TO & Vice Versa for the West.
• Customers placing orders online can select the distribution center they prefer, and goods will ship from the distribution center selected if/when available.
• NOTE: If a zero-stock inventory is selected, it will be switched to a distribution center with the earliest availability.

• The default distribution center for all Eastern sample orders will now be Toronto.
• If stock is not available at that location, customers may still order samples from Vancouver.
• CS will pull samples from Vancouver if it’s the only distribution center with available inventory.
• The MARKHAM Lending Library is also available for samples to customers in the East.

• Yes, customers can order any active style that is available in Vancouver (On-line or through Customer Service).
• The default distribution center for all Eastern orders will be Toronto
• Goods will ship from Vancouver if the style being ordered is only available in Vancouver.
• NOTE: Customers can request to SHIP COMPLETE if they do not want a split shipment.

• Canadian Orders shipping into the USA may ship from Toronto or from Vancouver.
• There are no additional duties or taxes applied to the invoice when shipping from Canada into the USA.
• We offer the same subsidized freight rates on any U.S. order that is shipped on Stormtech’s courier account, regardless of the distribution center selected
  
  

• Eastern customers will experience shorter transit times from Toronto (see transit map), with 80% of the customers now getting 2 Day service!
  
  
  
  

• Yes, we now have in-house Decoration available through our Markham, Ontario facility (Production will go live August 15th, 2023)
• The new decoration facility will offer the following high-quality decoration techniques: Embroidery / Premium seamless heat transfers / Laser etched patches

• Yes, the priority will be to fill the order as quickly as possible and, in some cases, this will require Stormtech customer service to pull stock from both Toronto and Vancouver
• Split Ship Orders will all ship as per the original Freight assigned (Subsidized or Free).
• Toronto orders will be allocated to Eastern orders before allocating stock from Vancouver.
• Customers placing orders online, can split the stock by selecting the qty breakdown needed from each location.
• If there is not enough inventory in either location to fulfill an order, the back order will be assigned to the location with the earliest ETA date.

• If there is not enough inventory to fill a full size as requested, the system will automatically default to the DC that has the full amount for that size and will ship all units for that size requested on the order.
• For example: Customer needs: 5S / 12M / 22L / 8XL but Toronto has 18L in stock. The system will select all the other sizes available and ship from TO. The 22L will ship from Vancouver.
• This avoids any confusion on short ships and back-order status by size.
• The Order confirmation will also indicate where each size is coming from (VAN or TOR).
• NOTE: If the customer enters the order online, they can select sizes to fill the order from both Distribution Centers.

• All returns for Eastern customers must be sent to Vancouver.
• Submitting a return request can be done by contacting our returns team (returns@stormtech.ca) or by accessing the My Account page at www.stormtechperformance.com
• To access this page, log in to your account by clicking on the “Sign In” link in the top right of your screen.

• The Eastern Distribution Center is a 3PL facility that ships orders on behalf of Stormtech. They are not set up to accommodate customer pickups.
• Most orders in the greater GTA Region will ship within 24 hours to the address indicated on the ship-to-address.
